Coach Clothing: Inside the Ready-to-Wear Offer
Handbags still define Coach, a label that began in 1941 as a family-run leather workshop in New York making men’s small leather goods. Clothing sits next to the bags, and the catwalk collections demonstrate how wide that range is. Creative Director Stuart Vevers, whose appointment was announced in June 2013, still holds the post in 2026. His Fall 2026 collection, shown on 11 February 2026 at the Cunard Building in New York, gives the most useful recent picture of what coach clothing includes. Going through the categories in that show, this survey also looks at the garment names that have appeared in Coach’s own online listings. Especially on prices, weak evidence is noted instead of being filled with guesses. Placed as accessible luxury, Coach keeps its clothing within that tier, without competing directly with the priciest luxury houses.
Where Clothing Fits in the Coach Brand
Coach is by far the larger of Tapestry’s two brands, with net sales of $6,914.7 million in the fiscal year that ended 27 June 2026. Because no clothing share of that figure was found, this survey offers no estimate. The headline is still handbags: Tapestry reported that Coach’s average handbag price rose at a mid-teens percentage rate during the year. Following the sale of Stuart Weitzman to Caleres in a deal that closed on 4 August 2025, Tapestry owns only Coach and Kate Spade in 2026. The proposed Capri Holdings acquisition was terminated on 14 November 2024, never having been completed. The group’s business is therefore built around Coach’s bags, clothing and shoes. On the runway, the clothing is presented coach official site alongside the handbags, by the very team that shapes each new coach bag.
Outerwear
According to Coach’s own release for the collection, outerwear led the clothing in the Fall 2026 show. Peacoats on the runway were presented alongside shearling coats and suede coats, while varsity jackets formed a separate group. Leather jackets and trench coats are also reported as part of the wider category. The Classic Shearling Coat, the Fluffy Shearling Coat and the Aviator Shearling Jacket are among the coat and jacket names seen in Coach’s online listings. The Classic Cashin Coat states the heritage link plainly by referencing Bonnie Cashin, Coach’s first lead designer from the early 1960s until 1974. A Bonnie Cashin Framework Coat has also featured in listings. That archive connection makes outerwear the obvious starting point for any survey of the range.
Shearling Styles
Far from being restricted to a single coat, shearling runs through several outerwear shapes. Shearling coats are listed in Coach’s Fall 2026 release, and the brand’s listings include a Shearling Cardigan Jacket as well as the coats already named. A Denim Jacket With Shearling Collar shows the material used as a trim as well as a full garment. Shearling does not stand alone: the same show teamed it with suede coats and peacoats, setting it within a wider coat offer. Current availability in each country could not be confirmed, although these names come from Coach’s own product listings. This survey quotes no figure, as prices for 2026 shearling coats were not captured. Anyone budgeting should check the live price in their own market rather than rely on older listings.
Varsity Jackets in Focus
The Fall 2026 collection makes varsity jackets one of its clearest themes. In leather as well as in leather combined with wool, Coach offered them at the show. At the same show, Coach introduced what it described as its first all-shearling varsity jacket. Also among the names in Coach’s online listings is a Shearling Varsity Jacket. Through varsity-stripe long-sleeve tees, the varsity idea extends into jersey pieces. A second and more casual take on the theme came from repurposed vintage jerseys, which also appeared in the show. As with the coats, current varsity jacket prices were not collected for this survey.
Eveningwear and Tailoring
Casual jackets and knitwear are not the full extent of Coach clothing. In the Fall 2026 collection, Coach presented blazers, flared trousers and A-line skirts. It also showed floor-length dresses with high collars, a more formal note than the outerwear alone might suggest. Reports also list shirting and dresses in the wider range sold online. No product names for these tailored pieces were recorded, so none are listed here. Look at your local market before building an outfit around runway tailoring, because its availability in stores and online went unconfirmed. The category shows that the runway goes well beyond outerwear and accessories.
Knitwear and Jersey
In the Fall 2026 show, knitwear was presented as all-gender. Fair Isle patterns, eagle motifs and quilting motifs decorated jacquard knits. Varsity-stripe long-sleeve tees connected the knitwear to the jackets. The wider range is believed to include hoodies, sweatshirts and tees as everyday pieces. The motif is familiar across the brand, as quilting also turns up on bags, including Tabby styles with pillow quilting. For exact styles, shoppers should look through current listings, as no individual knitwear names or prices were captured. Knitwear and tees therefore represent the casual end of the collection.

Denim and Repurposed Pieces
As part of the Fall 2026 collection, Coach presented denim trousers. Through the Denim Jacket With Shearling Collar seen in Coach’s listings, denim also shows up in outerwear. Repurposed vintage jerseys introduced a reuse angle to the show. That fits a wider pattern at Coach, which runs Coach (Re)Loved for restoring, reworking and reselling bags, and the Coachtopia sub-brand for circular design. Since the documented examples from those programmes are mostly bags, the jerseys stand out as a clothing instance of the same idea. Check product details against current listings, and note that denim prices were not captured. Denim, in other words, appears both as a basic and as a trim on outerwear.
Footwear Shown With the Clothes
Shoes are a separate category, but they complete the runway looks. The Fall 2026 show presented the Skate Sneaker, a laceless style offered in low and high tops in suede and canvas. Based on reported coverage of Fall 2026 footwear, around ten new non-sneaker styles fell between $155 and $295. The Leah Loafer and the Archival Buckle Clog are reported examples. Coach’s website has carried earlier sneaker names such as the C201 and C203, though their current-season status could not be confirmed. Those shoe prices are reported market figures, not an official price list. When shopping for a complete outfit, confirm shoe and clothing availability separately.
Shopping Coach Ready-to-Wear
For a summary of what each category covers and how strong the evidence is, turn to the table below. Coach’s own website or a full-price coach store should be your first stop for the current collection. Because it was not confirmed whether ready-to-wear appears at coach outlet locations, or in what depth, search for outlet clothing separately. Department store stock changes by retailer, so enquire before visiting with a particular piece in mind. As 2026 clothing prices were not captured, rely on the live price over an old listing. It is worth visiting a store for shearling and leather pieces, since their weight and finish are easier to judge in person. Last of all, runway pieces shown in February are not guaranteed to reach every market.
